Well made and looks quite sturdy. Easy to fit. It smelled of PVC at first but this didn't last long. The pockets aren't that big in circumference, so with some deeper shoes you might struggle to fit them in. Shoes look best in the holder if you place them soles against the hanger (so you're looking at the top of the shoe not the sole) but I think with time the holder might get dirty. With my daughter's child size 11s, both shoes of each pair will fit in one pocket. Adult shoes will require one pocket each, apart from thin-soled flip-flops, so you don't actually get that many shoes in. I will use mine for sewing stuff instead, where seeing exactly what is in each pocket will be helpful. I have experimented with hanging it in front of the 18-pocket mesh shoe organiser, which gives the best of both worlds - high volume storage behind (accessed from the sides), and high visibility storage at the front. On the picture above, it looks as though there might be an elastic strip securing the bottom of the hanger to a hook under the door (as on the 18 pocket mesh shoe organiser). However, there wasn't one on the product I received. Not a bit problem, though the hanger does swing about if the door is moved vigorously.

Really great - it was exactly what I've been looking for. Other storage didn't have enough compartments for me and most significantly I'm so glad to find one with see-thru pockets. I never wanted to use it for shoes you see - it's the perfect storage idea for my crafting supplies! Thanks.

The shoe organiser was delivered promptly and was exactly what I needed to store my many pairs of flip-flops and flats. Some sturdier flats were tricky to store in 1 pocket but it's perfect for any softer shoes, slippers and flip-flops.

This is a good shoe organiser that does the trick well. I used it to attach it to the side of a cupboard. I bought a cheap plastic towel rail, cut off the ends to measure it to size and attached them to the side of the cupboard. The shoe rack hangs off that and in some respects provides much better storage than if it was on the back of the door - it doesn't swing about. The only major drawback to this shoe organiser is that you can't fit trainers in here - they're simply too bulky.

I don't use this for shoes, but I have one for my scarfs and another for my jewellery - having clear pockets make it's really easy to see whats in there.

Although this product was designed to be hung over a door I used it to hang from an existing internal coat hook fitting and it works equally well but without the hooks showing outside the cupboard. Absolutely perfect for purpose with generous pockets; if I had more cupboards I'd buy more.
