We bought a pair of these racks to get a small reduction. Service from Tszuji eas very good. The racks come fully assembled, so just take them out of the box, put them in place, and fill them up. I was a bit worried about stability, but they're fine. I also wanted black wood base to match the TV cabinet, but once they're loaded, you don't really see the wood. One small criticism is that the frame tapers slightly to the base, so while DVDs at the top flop around, those at the bottom are a bit tight, and you can't actually get a DVD In the bottom rack. Remember also, they will only take single width DVD cases, not doubles. Overall though, they're a nice, simple solution to my DVD storage problem.
