PORON is a breathable, open cell material that allows air to escape, keeping your feet cool and dry. It provides less movement and more stability in shoes. On average, Foot Petals designer insole cushions (all made from high performance PORON) are three times lighter and thinner than gel. Gel is a solid visco-elastic plastic material that creates more bounce that causes shock and fatigue to feet, legs and lower back.
