On our product pages you can find some pretty amazing discounts for bulk orders of up to 200 shoe boxes or 8 non shoe box products. If you’d like to order more than that we’d be delighted to hear from you – please contact us.

How quickly can you deliver? back to top

Standard Free delivery to UK - parcels by courier are dispatched on the second day after order placement and in most cases will be with you 3 working days after that, but please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of emailed Dispatch Notice. Smaller items less than 2kg are posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class, and are sent out the next day.

Express Service - For a small fee we will dispatch your order the next day by 1st Class Postal Service (under 2kg) or overnight courier (over 2kg) to reach you 2 working days after order placement.

If you're really really desperate for Very Next Day Delivery - please phone us and we'll see what we can do....

What is your returns / exchange policy? back to top

We will gladly issue a refund or exchange for the value of any merchandise returned, within 28 days of purchase. We would appreciate all returns being shipped with their original packaging to prevent any damage. In the event of goods that are delivered faulty, damaged or incorrectly as ordered, we will happily refund the whole amount of the order. In instances where goods are simply not required we retain the right to deduct the cost of delivery and wear and tear from any refund. For full details please read our returns policy.

How are the boxes packaged when they are sent to me? back to top

They’re flat packed and wrapped securely in plastic packaging.

Are Tszuji® boxes recyclable? back to top

Our clear shoe boxes are very useful and built to last, so it’s unlikely you’ll ever want to part company with them. But should that sad day come then you’ll be pleased to know that they are made of polypropylene and are 100% recyclable.

Can I put damp shoes in the box? back to top

We would always recommend that you air your shoes before storing them, but if they do happen to be slightly damp when you put them in, then the air holes in the clear shoe boxes, combined with the silica gel sachet, will work together to help them dry out fully.

How do I assemble a stacking shoe box? back to top

The boxes are flat packed when we send them to you, but don’t let that put you off – this is not IKEA furniture! Each stacking shoe box is made from one piece of plastic – the box itself with built-in handle. Simply remove the clear shoe box from the cardboard packaging and open it up to form the box shape. Starting at one end, tuck the side flaps in, tuck the top and bottom flaps in and fasten them together. Repeat at the other end. It helps to over-bend the creases to start with to help the plastic take up its new box shape.

How do I stack the shoe boxes? back to top

On top of each of the clear shoe boxes you’ll see two tabs of plastic sticking up, one at the front and one at the back. These tabs interlock with the corresponding slots in the bottom of another shoe box. It’s an interference fit so once they are locked together it takes some pulling to get them apart (which is good).

They’re incredibly tough when assembled, and the interlocking tabs stop them sliding off each other. We’ve seen people stacking them 10 clear shoe boxes high no problem. Can you beat that? If so, please send us a photo and we’ll show it on this website!

How do I assemble a clear drawer shoe box? back to top

The shoe boxes with drawers are flat packed when we send them to you, but don’t let that put you off - this is not an IQ test! Each shoe drawer box is made from two pieces of plastic – the outer and the drawer (with built in handle). Are the cushion insoles reusable and can the insole cushions be transferred from shoe to shoe? back to top

Once a Foot Petals cushion is placed in a pair of shoes we suggest you keep them in the same pair of shoes, as moving the cushions from shoe to shoe will break down the adhesive. Once a cushion is placed in a shoe they will last the lifetime of the shoe.

Will the cushions make my feet sweat even more? back to top

No, the cushions are made of a material called PORON which is designed to absorb moisture and transfer it away from your skin, keeping your feet cool, dry, and sexy.

Can you place Heavenly Heelz lower in the shoe rather then near the top? back to top

Yes, Heavenly Heelz and most of our other cushions can be placed anywhere in the shoe to alleviate pressure or friction.

How can you clean the foot cushions? back to top

Cushions can be cleaned with a mild soap, a wash cloth, and just wiped clean.

Do the insole cushions ever wear out? back to top

Not if correctly fitted. Avoid excessive stretching of the cushion while placing inside the shoe as this could cause the material to crack or tear.

Foot Petals products absorb shock to feet, bones, and tissue, therefore helping to reduce metatarsal pain and back pain caused by wearing shoes.

Tips for perfect cushion placement... back to top

To ensure the insole cushion is placed in the most comfortable spot without having to stick, remove, and re-stick…

Only expose a small portion of the adhesive, so it is easy to test and move if not happy with the placement.

Tip Toes and Killer Kushionz should be placed starting right behind your toes at the ball-of-foot area.

Tip Toes should be placed with widest part of the Tip Toe aligned with the widest part of the shoe.

All cushion insoles can by cut and customized to fit in tight or narrow areas that might need some cushioning to help relieve friction.

If you have a pair of shoes that are too big for you, try using Tip Toes or Killer Kushionz along with Heavenly Heelz. These will help keep your feet in the right place in the shoe and make them fit better. If for some reason the shoe is still too big, add another cushion and the shoe should now fit properly.

Tip: Any of our cushions can be layered on top of each other in order to help you achieve that “perfect fit”.

Foot Petals most certainly can and many women have made their ill-fitting shoes fit better this way!

How do I remove Foot Petals cushions from my shoes? back to top

Slowly and carefully work the foot cushion off the shoe. You may find it helps to warm up the cushion first, either by wearing the shoe or using a hair dryer on gentle heat. Follow up with an adhesive eraser to remove any extra adhesive that remains on the shoe. Ideally though, once a cushion is fitted it’s best to leave it there.

Think cling-film and you’ve got the right idea, because the tape is held in place by electro-static forces. But it’s much more durable than cling film, being a much thicker gauge of material called PVC. Heel angels resist damp and wet and stay in place where you need them – on your heels.

How do I remove the Heel Angels from my shoes? back to top

Simply find the top end of the tape and start unwrapping.

Do Heel Angels stick to all shoes? back to top

We have yet to find any that they won’t stick to. You can use them to protect heels made from satin, leather, patent leather, wood, cork, fabric and suede.

No – because there is no sticky surface, and the tape is held in place by electro-static forces.

Can I re-use Heel Angels? back to top

Yes, you can re-use them as long as you remember to clean and dry them fully after each use.

Tszuji®– what does it mean and how do you pronounce it? back to top

“Tszujing” means taking something and tweaking it, fluffing it, nudging or finessing it to be a little more fabulous and fun. You can tszuj your hair. You can tszuj your sleeves. You can tszuj up your wardrobe with our amazing shoe boxes. Go on, give it a go, it’s real fun! The word was first coined in the hit TV programme “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy”, and although there is intense debate about the exact spelling, we quite liked Tszuji, and the name stuck.

Tszuji is spelt jeugi in France, czuzhi in Russia and zhuzhi in Germany, and pronounced zhuzhi.
