We love our products and guarantee that you'll love them too - or your money back. We offer two levels of guarantee:

30 Day Complete Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason at all you don't just love a product that you buy from us, please let us know and we’ll happily refund your money or exchange the product, with no questions asked and no hard feelings.

All we ask is that you put the product in the post within 30 days of purchase, and that you return the entire product and its packaging in its original, re-saleable condition. We will either exchange it for goods of the same value, or refund the original purchase price – the choice is yours.

12 Month Product Guarantee

We guarantee our products to be free of defects in materials or workmanship during the 12 months following purchase.

In the unlikely event that one of our products suffers from a defect during this period please return it to us as soon as possible. We’ll exchange it for goods of the same value, or refund your original purchase price – the choice is yours. We’ll also refund your extra postage costs.

These guarantees do not affect your consumer rights.
