In order to communicate our confidence in the quality of our products we are happy to extend a Lifetime Guarantee on all our products to you.

Our Lifetime Guarantee on our products is one of the ways we hope to exceed your expectations of buying from us.

Damage covered under our Lifetime Guarantee includes damage due to manufacturer’s or materials defects such as dents or scratches upon delivery, broken or defective parts - in short all instances of malfunctioning product or parts. In these instances, we'll gladly replace your product with the same item, or another item of the same value from our range.

The Lifetime Guarantee is for non-commercial use. The Guarantee excludes damage caused by abuse or misuse, an act of God or expected wear and tear.

In order to maintain our prices and Lifetime Guarantee, we do inspect all returned item for signs of the causes of damage excluded above.

If after inspection it is deemed that the damage is not covered under our Lifetime Guarantee, we'll return the original product to the customer with a letter of explanation and a copy of our Use and Care guidelines which you can find in the page below.

Exceptions

Our Lifetime Guarantee applies to products used in the manner intended in a normal domestic setting. There are some exceptions to our Lifetime Guarantee where we will be unable to replace or refund the item:

Commercial Use – all products are designed to be used within a home environment and to be subjected to usual household use. We do not cover goods bought for commercial use or for use in public locations such as hospitals, village halls and schools.

Abuse – damage that might arise when using the item in a manner not intended, including melted parts, or parts broken, damaged or bent through stress not considered usual.

Act of God – damage that occurs in an event which is caused solely by the effect of nature or natural causes and without any interference by humans whatsoever.
