We hope you’ll be delighted with your purchase but realise there's a chance you may just decide that an item is not for you. That’s not a problem, and we’re happy to refund or exchange an item if you tell us you wish to do so within 28 days of receiving it.
We are pleased to offer FREE RETURN for up to seven days from delivery on most items. This offer is limited to mainland UK only and is not extended to Channel Islands, European and other international destinations. Offer is also not extended to large heavy items of furniture or solid timber racks for which a return fee (from £10) will be deducted from your refund.
If your item was delivered by courier, we can organise a courier collection, and if a fee is applicable we will provide you with the cheapest possible price which will be deducted from your refund. We’ll need to know a suitable day for collection, and you will need access to a printer for the shipping label which has a barcode.
Smaller items received by post are to be returned in this way, but please remember to contact us first for your return authorisation.
We reserve the right to deduct out-going shipping costs from your refund of goods returned after 7 days. Goods returned within 7 days of receipt will be refunded in full, but this will not include Express Delivery charges. We ask you to take care of the goods and packaging pending return so that we can re-sell. Please ensure they are packed neatly and securely into original packaging exactly as received.
Items which have a proven defect of manufacture, are damaged on delivery, or are the wrong item, will not incur collection charges, and this will be evaluated on receipt and inspection. According to your wishes, your purchase will be fully refunded or replaced as quickly as possible. For goods returned in exchange for alternative items, we will negotiate costs or refunds on an ad hoc basis.
1. Email returns@tszuji.co.uk, stating your name and order number, which items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If you would like us to arrange collection (at your expense) please mention this also, and let us know where and when the parcel can be picked up.
2. We will email you a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).
3. Please fully disassemble and re-package the item securely prior to sending it back. Ensure your parcel is clearly identified with your name and RAN.
4. If we are arranging collection we will email you the details for this. If you are arranging the return please retain proof of dispatch.
5. Once we’ve received your parcel back to our warehouse we’ll assess its suitability for resale.
6. We’ll refund (or replace) your purchase straight away, in accordance with the terms set out above.
