We hope you’ll be delighted with your purchase but realise there's a chance you may decide that an item is not for you. That’s not a problem, and we’re happy to refund or exchange an item if you tell us you wish to do so within 28 days of receiving it.
Free Return within Seven Days of Delivery
We are pleased to offer FREE RETURN for up to seven days from delivery on most items. This offer is limited to UK only and excludes European and other international destinations. Offer also excludes large heavy items of furniture, solid timber racks or items from the Germania range. Collection fees start from £10, but please enquire for an accurate cost.
Defective, Damaged or Wrong Items
Items which have a proven defect of manufacture, are damaged in transit, or are the wrong item, also qualify for free return within 28 days of delivery, and this will be evaluated on receipt and inspection back in our warehouse. According to your wishes, your purchase will be fully refunded or replaced as quickly as possible. For goods returned in exchange for alternative items, we will negotiate costs or refunds on an ad hoc basis.
Flat Pack Furniture
We are only able to accept the return of flat pack furniture that has NOT been assembled, is in its original packaging and is in “as new” condition. Items that have been partially or fully assembled cannot be returned or refunded. Before commencing assembly please ensure that you are happy with the size, style and colour, and that all parts are present and undamaged. If we arranged for the assembly of your flat pack furniture, the fees related to this service are not refundable under any circumstances.

Care of Unwanted Items
Unwanted items must be returned in original packaging in a condition fit for resale. We respectfully remind you that you have a duty of care to goods in your retention pending return, and responsibility to ensure that returns are adequately wrapped and protected for return transit; signs of wear and tear will compromise your refund. We reserve the right to deduct costs to repackage goods where necessary from your refund.
How to Return your Item
Please fully disassemble and re-package the item securely prior to sending it back. Enclose the original packing list including the reason for return. This helps us to process your replacement / refund more quickly. We ask you to take care of the item, repackaging it neatly and securely as received, ensuring it will be received by us in a condition fit for resale.
Items up to 1kg in weight should be returned to

Please note that if you do not qualify for a free return, we will deduct £3 from any refund due.
Please do not use this Freepost service for items weighing more than 1kg, as this costs more than the MyHermes service offered below, and the excess cost will be deducted from your refund.
Items weighing between 1 to 15kg should be returned via the My Hermes service, which enables you to book a collection from your own home. You will need use of a printer to use this service. Please follow the instructions at www.myhermes.co.uk/returns/tszuji. Please note that if you do not qualify for a free return then £3 will be deducted from any refund due.

Refunds
Our warehouse will inspect the goods and process your return within 4 working days of receipt. Eligible items returned to us within 28 days will attract a refund or replacement according to your preference. Eligible items returned after 28 days will be replaced with the same item, or with another item of your choice from our range of the same value or lesser by up to 50% for balance refund. Other refunds will be issued in accordance with the table below:
