Definition:

We, us, our = Clear Storage Solutions Ltd, trading as “Tszuji”

Any contract between us, whether for use of the site or in relation to the purchase of products or services through the site will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and all parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Any contract will be communicated in English.

We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of www.tszuji.co.uk, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted and totally reliable access, and so therefore cannot guarantee that the information will always be completely up to date and free of mistakes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on the Tszuji website and will accept no liability for any loss or damage arising as a result of problems with access.

We have made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different PC’s and VDU’s reproduce colours in slightly different ways. Exact colour matches are not possible. When you order products from www.tszuji.co.uk colours may differ to some extent from what you see on the screen.

All product dimensions are stated as accurately as possible, but please note that product sizes may sometimes vary slightly. If you have issues relating to fitting our products into a particular space please email us on customer.services@tszuji.co.uk for additional product details as we cannot be held responsible for size issues after products are dispatched.

We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in this website.

Some hyperlinks on www.tszuji.co.uk may lead to other websites, which are not under our control. When you activate any of these you will leave the Tszuji website. We then have no control over, and will accept no responsibility or liability for, material on any website which is not under our direct control.

All brand names, product, service names, titles and copyrights used in this site are trademarks, trade names, service marks or copyrights of their respective holders. No permission is given by us for their use by any person other than the said holders and such use may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights.

All designs, text, graphics and their selection and arrangement on the Tszuji website are the copyright of Clear Storage Solutions Ltd. or the relevant content providers. Permission is granted to users to electronically copy or print portions of this site for their own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of materials on this site without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

We use either Sagepay / Lloyds TSB Cardnet or Paypal or Google Checkout to validate your the order and credit or debit card details before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form.

Subject to further validation checks we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.

We reserve the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability. If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order we will offer you a refund or alternative product.

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account at the time of order, including orders for out of stock items. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

We have taken care to that our prices are accurate. Prices may change over time. All prices include VAT where appropriate. Promotions and prices you see in store high street shops do not apply to www.tszuji.co.uk, and vice versa. All sales to UK (except Channel Islands), European Union (EU) and the European Community (EC) are subject to VAT at 20%, which is included in the prices shown on the site. Carriage is also subject to VAT. Non EC clients are exempt from VAT. EC business clients are exempt from VAT, but a valid EC VAT number must be provided.

The exclusions of liability set out in these terms and conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Clear Storage Solutions Ltd. or any of their employees or agents.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, or unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time by posting new terms and conditions on www.tszuji.co.uk.
