Received the shoe boxes today. As a Ballroom dance teacher I have lots of shoes, as you can imagine, but these boxes are the answer to all my prayers. I shall certainly be recommending them to all our students and other friends.

Thank you for your e-mail regarding reviews. I did try to write one but didn't manage to get it done, not very good with this machine and its workings. So if you can transfer this to the review pages here goes

The heel protectors are great, and as a lot of the places have a policy of not allowing stiletto heel on wooden floors, it means I can't wear my favourite shoes at weddings and functions. Now I have the protectors I can put them on when needed. Full marks for them.

The shoe boxes are great and so easy to find the right shoes as they are see through and as I have small feet I managed to get some of my shoes, two pairs per box. Full marks for them

You asked me if I'd like to praise your shoe wheel but I couldn't seem to find the appropriate place. I do love my shoe wheel. It is a joy to have all my shoes together and easily accessible. I found putting it together a little tricky, the instructions weren't in the box. But with the help of your lovely man on the phone and the video online I mastered it. I have raved about it to all my friends, who are amused as they call me Imelda Marcos. I may need a second one soon!!

Thanks for your reply... and yes the shoe rack arrived this morning. I put it together myself and the instuctions were clear and easy to follow. I then got on with the long overdue task of sorting my shoes. The rack fits nicely inside the double wardrobe side ways so does not take up much room and shoes are easily located. There is a good space between each level so the shoes above are not dislodged when I take a pair out. I wish I had found your product years ago. I will soon be back to look again at your storage solutions. This is not a flimsy rack like others I have seen elsewhere. Very happy with your service and the quality of shoe rack. I have not replied to you until now as the Shoe Wheel was a birthday present for my now 28 year old daughter, Sam, her special day was yesterday and being a modern young woman, she naturally has a great love of shoes! It was she who saw your advertisement in, I think, The Times newspaper and latterly on your website. Her partner put the wheel together and he is not normally the practical sort, so it must be said that it was not too difficult a job, he followed the pictorial instructions well, though it did take quite a bit of time - the shoe wheel looked quite impressive and I am sure that my daughter will now have a fun and funky way of storing her shoes.

Yes I have just received my shoe organisers and I have taken all my shoes (30 pairs) and fitted them onto the holes.

I know I have only got 20 spaces but the sandals just double up and fit in easily.

Hello again, Catherine. Did you know ladies' ankle boots fit nicely into mens shoeboxes? I hope your distributors have sorted out all problems, and since mens boxes are still listed as being available to Europe: what would the postage be for ten more of these?

Your shoe boxes REALLY are the best, by the way - not a single one bent out of shape, even at the bottom of a sizable stack. And they seem to be the only ones with ventilation holes, which is a feature not to be underestimated... My whole apartment feels better with this former trouble spot eliminated. Many thanks again!

It was delivered yesterday (the delivery man was very sweet and came back to deliver it after I got in!), and I really cannot stress enough how impressed I am with the rack and the boxes (the foot petals I haven't tried yet, -it took me all evening to arrange the shoes). They were so quick and easy to put together, and don't waste space between the rails like other racks. Another order on it's way as soon as I decide how many more boxes/petals I need!

I am quite pleased you have contacted me. I did intend to place an order and my options for payment were PayPal and Google. I've heard bad things of PayPal and although I use Google I had no idea I could use that to pay. I chose Google.

Unfortunately, Google froze again and again - well I assume it was Google and not your website. I gave up in the end. I am of the older generation and get rather worried when things don't work on a computer and have visions of my details floating in cyber space for someone to steal!!

The only problem I had was when it came to payment, I didn't really understand what was the better option for myself. I didn't have a paypal a/c so thought google payment would allow me to just pay via debit card. Unfortunatly google payment didn't load and seemed to freeze my pc, so the only option I had was to switch off my pc. Luckily my husband said that I could just use the pay now option on paypal, so I redid the order and hopefully you have got my order for 50 clear shoe boxes.

Your site is good and the products seem good, but I found the payment very frustrating. I just wanted a pay now option butI found it hard to see how to do this. I didn't want to give up though as my shoes need those boxes!

Can you please make some boxes to house my handbags/clutch bags, it would be great to get them into some kind or order as well. There are others out there on the market but it would be great to have boxes that match.

As previously mentioned I have already placed a further order and see from your website that you offer next day delivery. Could you please let me know what your charge is for this and then I can consider it for future purchases – I am really impatient and can’t wait for them to arrive.

I am very pleased with my shoe boxes. They looked so good in BEST magazine that I reponded to the promotion but there was no clear promotion code to enable 10% as offered in the Snip& Save Offer made by Best. I used Best1 & Best 10 as these were what other advertiseres were using.But no luck so I went ahead and ordered anyway as I really wanted them. If I order another set which I think I will can you give me the code?

I'm sorry it's taken me so long to reply, but I wanted to make sure I tested the product properly before replying. I received the foot petals the day after your mail, so delivery time was very good. I wore them today, and was quite shocked really. I have never been one for wearing stiletto shoes, and never before imagined that they could be this comfortable. These foot petals stopped my feet from sliding forward (I used to get unbearable toe crunch) and they were nice and soft all day long, so I didn't feel like I just had to get them off when I got home. I have already told everyone at work about them, and am going to tell all my friends and family. I think I will gradually be getting a pair for all my shoes (even the ones with little heels) and the sandals, because I CAN!

Actually I really like your shoe drawers (which you can just pull open, rather than having to undo).

I was'nt keen on having loads of plastic in my wardrobe, but I have to say they look pretty good! So good that I have just ordered some in the boot size. However, I do think that it would be great if you had the Boot size available in 'drawer' format too!
